When I met Lisa, I had already lost more than 100 pounds through “diet and exercise”—just as I had done 500 times before. I always gained back what I had lost, plus more.
Over the years it went from yo-yo dieting up and down 20, then 30, pounds, then more, to the high protein liquid meal plan. The first time on it I lost 90 pounds and gained back 100; the second time I lost 100 pounds and gained back 120 pounds. I knew that I needed some other help, but I didn't know where to find it.
I was so lucky to be introduced to Lisa. I met her when I was 190 pounds and am now 123 pounds, a weight I have maintained and can maintain for the rest of my life. I no longer fear gaining back weight.
